Dicono che sia un grande risultato l’affluenza del 53,6% alle urne per un referendum. A me invece inquieta che per metà degli elettori una profonda riforma della Costituzione sia un fatto marginale, banale, che non li riguarda minimamente, tanto da non meritare nemmeno un segno su un foglio.
